WORK WITH ME

I offer four programs to meet you wherever you are along your health journey. Whether you already feel great or if you are in need of some support, I will be in your corner to ensure you achieve your greatest potential. Together, we will define your personal health, wellness & body composition goals, identify any mental or emotional obstacles, reframe your relationship with nutrition & fitness, and execute a personalized plan for success. 

While many may retain clients perpetually, this is never my intention with my clients. My programs are specifically designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to keep you in control of your health - forever.

All programs are available for one-on-one or group coaching. I offer my sessions worldwide via Zoom, as well as in-person to those local to the New York City Metro area.

How it Works:

I begin each coaching relationship with a Complimentary 30 minute Discovery Call. This is intended to be casual and conversational so that we can get to know each other, discover your goals, and see if we are a good match. We will then dive deeper into the details of each program, discuss coach and client expectations, as well as program pricing and packages.

This service is a favorite among many of my new clients as they can drop in for a session at any time. I created this session specifically for those who aren't quite ready to commit to a coaching relationship or for those who are interested in an "a la carte" approach to coaching. Perfect for clarifying nutritional confusion and breaking through fitness plateaus. We will identify where you are along your health journey, define your health goals, and create a written action plan for success!

I created the 75-Day Signature Blueprint for those who want to dominate in all aspects of life! Building upon my 45-Day Reframe, we take your health beyond food and nutrition, and delve into all aspects of your life including fitness, sleep, stress management, relationships, plus the importance of sun, play, and enrichment!


The program includes everything in my 45-Day Reframe, plus:


  • An additional 3 hours of one-on-one coaching calls
